What truly matters is your ability to see yourself in an international role, working across diverse teams and building connections that span the globe. You are curious and not afraid to independently seek new solutions and act on them, of course decently guided by your many excellent colleagues.
You are just as committed to our company statement as we are; “Renewable energy is never alternative”, and you are eager to make a difference with every little step you take.
Besides, we emphasize someone who is:
- A strong communicator with solid English language skills
- Strong in problem-solving, are analytical and able to juggle different point of views and interests
- Good at being around people and have strong interpersonal skills
- Ready to re-locate in one of our subsidiaries in Europe for 6 months of your graduate journey
- Has graduated before the program launches 1st of September 2025.
The recruitment process
We review applications continuously and conduct interviews on an ongoing basis. The first interview is a speed interview on Teams for approximately 20 minutes. Based on the interviews, we will invite candidates to a second interview.
During the second interview, you will meet our Global HR Manager and the Graduate Program responsible from HR, as well as the managers of the departments where we envision your first rotation could take place, based on your educational background.
Prior to the interview, we will invite you to complete a DiSC personality assessment, that you will receive feedback on during the interview.
We expect to sign contracts in the spring, preferably in March/April.
Renewable energy is our future. And so are our people!
At Eurowind Energy we do our best to create a culture where everyone is valued and feels at home. You will notice this in your everyday work life, where you have the freedom to speak up and where your voice does mean something to us.
We know that when you grow, we grow. Therefore, we strive to support you in what you think is right and in your personal and professional development. We offer you an exciting job in an energetic and international environment. And we promise you: the wind is never standing still.
Our goal is to help you make the most out of your talent via a steep learning curve and to build a long term relationship together.
