Job Description
By Malene Birger is looking for a full-time intern to join the Wholesale team at our headquarter in Copenhagen. The position runs for six months, starting as soon as possible.

As a wholesale intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team in planning and coordinating our sales campaigns in Copenhagen as well as for our international showrooms in Paris and New York. You will manage our samples for the in-house sales team, our agents and distributors and also support the sales team with analysis, administration and ad hoc tasks. This internship provides hands-on experience in International sales, logistics, inventory management and communication skills. You will work closely with various internal teams as well as many external partners to ensure the seamless flow of sample products and information.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Analysis and Administration

• Assist the Wholesale team with various tasks, including steaming and packing samples, supporting with minor tasks during appointments in the showroom in Copenhagen etc.
• Manage and update internal data bases, and sales related documents
• Update wholesale reports: weekly/monthly sales overview, sell through, etc
• Preparing seasonal product analyses

Operations and Logistics:

• Manage the distribution and information regarding all sample handling between HQ and agents/distributors and retail partners.
• Manage the shipments of all physical samples to and from HQ

Showroom management:

• Assist in coordinating the shipping and receiving of samples and the set up of our showrooms in Copenhagen, Paris, and New York

Skills & Requirements

• Strong organisational skills, detail oriented and committed
• Positive mindset and a go-get attitude
• Interest in the industry
• Fluent in English
