Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and proactive candidates who are passionate about building local communities offline. Our ideal candidates are excellent networkers who also possess some sales talent. You will play a vital role in establishing and nurturing our first local communities across Scandinavia.

Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and execute local indoor and outdoor events across Scandinavian cities, including Copenhagen, Aarhus, Aalborg, Oslo, Stockholm, and more.
- Organize activities that foster connections, strengthen community bonds, and create meaningful experiences for participants.
- Utilize your networking skills to promote our mission and encourage participation in community activities and initiatives.
- Collaborate with other event coordinators to align efforts and share best practices.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure events are effectively promoted and aligned with overall brand messaging and goals.
- Fully embrace and promote our mission to create meaningful offline communities and reduce reliance on social media.
Skills and Expectations
- A strong belief in our mission to combat loneliness and the adverse impacts of social media.
- Passion for building vibrant and supportive local communities.
- Experience or natural talent in sales or networking, with the ability to "walk the talk" and effectively promote our mission.
- Experience in organizing and coordinating events.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, taking initiative to drive community-building efforts with creativity and dedication.
- Familiarity with one or more of the designated cities and their unique community dynamics is a plus.
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Danish or any other Scandinavian language is a plus.
Locations:
Candidates can be based in Denmark or any other Scandinavian country.
