Job Description
Your responsibilities will be tailored to individual projects and the unique requirements of each client, while also considering your skillset and professional growth. You will primarily support consultants and project managers in their daily work by assisting in a variety of tasks, including:
- Supporting projects with the setup and execution of a wide range of project management disciplines, such as planning, risk management, stakeholder management, reporting, etc.
- Assisting in preparing, coordinating, and facilitating meetings or workshops.
- Preparation of presentations for external and internal use.
Furthermore, you will assist with internal practice development, including proposal work as well as recruiting, training, social, and other internal activities. Dive into a role that promises growth, learning, and impactful experiences!
Qualifications
What you bring to the team:
We value collaboration and teamwork, and welcome candidates with diverse educational backgrounds and skills. Whether you have a bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent experience, as long as you possess a strong academic track record and a proactive approach, you are an excellent fit for this role.
To thrive in this position, we are looking for candidates who possess:
- Good academic results and are in the last year of a bachelor’s program or the first year of a master’s program (or equivalent).
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities, capable of collaborating both independently and within a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Danish and English at a high level.
- Have permission to live and work in Denmark.
While prior experience in consulting, project management, or business transformations is advantageous, it is not a requirement. We believe in nurturing talent and providing opportunities for growth and development.
