Student Assistant - Group HR/People Development

We are currently looking for a talented and organized student assistant to join our Global People Development Team in Group HR, Gentofte, Copenhagen.
This is a great opportunity for someone to pursue a career within people/talent development or HR. You will be exposed to a wide variety of organizational development and leadership topics, gain insight into leadership & talent development programs as well as the processes that support these, all in a dynamic and challenging environment.
Your responsibilities:
Your role will be fast-paced and requires organizational and communication skills, and a willingness to learn about Global People development practices and strategies.
- Organizing events, workshops, and training programs: helping to coordinate and organize training sessions or workshops, including logistical tasks like scheduling, preparing materials, or managing sign-ups.
- Project assistance: Supporting the People Development team with specific projects, such as leader/talent programs, employee surveys, or succession planning.
- Developing content and material for development: Building and creating learning material and presentations for the different programs and initiatives.
- Driving our SharePoint site content and communication to ensure employees and leaders are informed and updated on the People Development agenda and initiatives.
- Leading different development initiatives: Taking the lead on developing, implementing, and driving strategic projects throughout the year.
- Ad hoc development tasks when time allows for this.
- You are currently in the last year of your bachelor’s degree, or in the first year of your master’s in a related subject to the role or other relevant education.
- You have strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- You have an eye for detail and quality, ensuring accuracy in administrative tasks and that training material is correctly prepared, as well as proofreading documents and ensuring all communication reflects professionalism.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills when interacting with colleagues and employees.
- You can craft and develop engaging and informative presentations.
- You have a strong ability to collaborate with teams and build positive relationships.
- You can collect, analyze, and report on data, and you are comfortable with data analysis.
- You are tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new software or tools and working in SharePoint.
- You have great time management skills, managing deadlines while juggling other ad hoc tasks.
- You take initiative and are great at driving projects forward with various stakeholders involved.
- You know how to work effectively in different Microsoft applications such as SharePoint and Teams, but also Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
The role is a learning opportunity, and while some experience is a plus, passion for people development and willingness to grow are key.
We expect you to work between 15-20 hours/week, but we are of course flexible around exams. You should be fluent in English, both written and spoken. You will be working at our head office in Gentofte and report to our Director of Global People Development & TA, Alexandra Fjelstrup.
