Formalize is on a scaling journey with significant traction across Europe. We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Brand Marketing Student Assistant to join our dynamic brand team. This role offers hands-on experience in brand marketing, with a focus on creating marketing materials and managing social media presence. The ideal candidate should be curious and passionate about digital marketing and brand development.

Responsibilities
You will be joining our team of +130 people in rapid growth. We are on a venture journey and you will have a huge impact in the organisation from the start. You will:

• Support the brand team in creating and maintaining marketing materials, including digital assets, presentations, and promotional content
• Assist in managing and maintaining the content pipeline for owned social media channels
• Help monitor social media engagement and compile analytics reports to track performance metrics
• Collaborate with the brand team on campaign ideation and execution
• Support the development, organization and maintenance of our digital asset library
• Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all marketing materials
• Help coordinate with external vendors and agencies when needed
• Occasional support across different marketing functions outside Brand Marketing

Qualifications and about you

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and current digital marketing trends
• Proficiency in Google suite (Doc, Slides, Sheets)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  
• Creative mindset with an eye for visual content
  
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Able to work minimum 15 hours a week

Nice to have

• Basic photography and video editing skills
• Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization
  
• Experience with content management systems
  
• Understanding of brand guidelines and corporate identity
