Are you a creative individual eager to gain hands-on experience in corporate communication and strategic engagement within a global sales context? Join us as an 2025 fall intern in Commercial Excellence at AFI, where you will play a crucial role in our internal communication and engagement strategy for our global sales team.

In this role, you will disseminate key updates, share success stories, and foster a connected sales community. You'll work closely with sales leaders to create engaging content like newsletters, podcasts, and videos, and help monitor the impact of communication strategies. Additionally, you will support training initiatives with supplementary communication materials.

How will you make an impact
This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate communication, change management, and strategic engagement within a global context within sales. Key responsibilities will include:

• Develop and implement a communication plan to regularly update the sales team on e.g. project status, CRM news, news related to sales processes, Commercial Academy updates and best practices.
• Create engaging content that captures the sales force's attention, such as newsletters, podcasts, or short videos.
• Collaborate with sales leaders and account teams to gather and share success stories and tips.
• Use digital tools and platforms to enhance communication efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of communication strategies and recommend improvements.
• Support training initiatives by providing supplementary communication materials and resources.

What will make you successful?
We are looking for a candidate, who can assist the Commercial Excellence Team in delivering an ambitious growth agenda by driving valuable actions - especially together with sales functions. As a fall 2025 intern we expect that you are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, preferably within Marketing, Commercial and Retail Management, Communications, or a related field.

Furthermore, you have:

• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Creative thinking with the ability to generate engaging content.
• An very extroverted and proactive personality with a natural ability to engage and connect with diverse groups of people
• Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing, video production).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Interest in sales, organizational behavior, and change management is key.
