Job Description
Your responsibilities will be tailored to individual projects and the unique requirements of each client, while also considering your skillset and professional growth. You will primarily support consultants and project managers in their daily work by assisting in a variety of tasks, including:
- Supporting projects with setup and execution of a wide range of project and programme management disciplines, such as planning, risk management, stakeholder management, reporting, etc.
- Assisting in preparing, coordinating, and facilitating meetings and workshops
- Preparation of presentations for external and internal use
Furthermore, you will assist with and have the opportunity to drive internal practice development, including proposal work as well as recruiting, training, social, and other internal activities.
Qualifications
Prior experience in project management is not a requirement, but to be successful in this role, we expect that you:
- Are currently enrolled in the last year of your bachelor's or first year of your master’s degree with a solid track record of academic results
- Are a strong communicator orally and in writing – both in Danish and English
- Identify opportunities where others see challenges and enjoy problem-solving
- Have a strong interest in the field of project, programme, and portfolio management, and are eager to expand your consulting toolbox
- Have permission to live and work in Denmark
