ARE YOU SAP’S NEXT STUDENT INTERN IN FINANCE DENMARK?
Do you want to become part of one of the leading software companies? Are you looking for a job in a dynamic industry alongside skilled and ambitious co-workers? In SAP Denmark, we are looking for a student intern to support our Finance Team in Denmark. In this intern position, you will report directly to our local CFO and support the entire Nordic CFO office, along with our Commercial and Controlling teams, who have business partner roles towards our sales & services leaders. Our finance virtual team incorporates colleagues also from central teams, supporting day-to-day finance processes and operations for SAP Nordics.

What you’ll do:
Position title: SAP iXp Student - Finance
Location: Copenhagen, Denmark
Expected start date to end date: March 1st, 2025 - February 28th, 2026

ABOUT THE ROLE
You can expect to get hands-on with diverse Finance & Administration tasks such as:

  • Managing selected Commercial Finance tasks, including but not limited to:
    • Coordination of end customer & internal business stakeholder requests across commercial finance and relevant SAP support teams
    • Working together with our Commercial Business Partners in order to support the sales process across the entire quote-to-contract cycle
    • Contract management incl. submitting contracts for electronic signing
    • Follow-up and archiving of signed business contracts, including maintenance of the Digital Contract repository
    • Participating into commercial finance “black belt” program by supporting internal knowledge sharing & presentations
    • Summarizing and sharing relevant regular updates on internal processes, tools and business rules
  • Supporting diverse Business Controlling and local CFO tasks, related to e.g. financial analysis, invoicing, period-end-closing or forecasting
    • Driving regular and ad-hoc reporting & analytics to support both finance and business requirements
    • Supporting invoicing & cash collection processes
    • Compiling and supporting diverse finance presentation materials
    • Participating in finance project work and driving selected development and analysis initiatives
    • Supporting administrative tasks covered by the Finance function

Depending on our ambitions and capabilities, there are plenty of opportunities for you to develop on a personal as well as professional level. As we are a worldwide company, the chances of you having to work with colleagues from other countries are high.

Your average weekly working hours will be around 15-20 with considerable flexibility during exam periods. In this role, you will be required to come to the local office in Copenhagen on regular bases.

SO, WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for students studying a degree in Finance or similar. As a student intern, it is important that you are independent, enterprising and hardworking. Preferably, you will have experience within the industry, strong skills in Excel and are fluent in English. Knowledge of Nordic languages would be an advantage.
