As part of our growth journey, we seek a Supply Chain Global Compliance Lead.

The role
We are looking for an experienced compliance professional to lead supply chain compliance at our Kvistgaard site and globally. You will manage a team of two compliance specialists and a student assistant, ensuring GxP compliance, handling deviations, CAPAs, change control, and inspection readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a young compliance team
• Ensure supply chain compliance across global operations
• Manage complex cases, deviations, and supplier complaints
• Act as SCM Lead for internal/external audits and inspections
• Drive continuous improvement and alignment across sites
• Support a culture of quality and regulatory excellence

Your Profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
• Strong expertise in GxP and GMP compliance
• Proven leadership and project management skills
• Ability to navigate a dynamic, evolving environment
• Fluent in English; Danish required
• Self-driven with a strategic mindset
