Product Management Intern
SYBO is part of the Miniclip family and known for the widely popular game, Subway Surfers - the most downloaded mobile game in the world, with over four billion downloads. Located in the heart of Copenhagen, we aim to create playful moments that inspire our fans to care.
We're looking for a skilled and product-first thinking student to join us as a Product Management Intern on Subway Surfers - the most downloaded game in the world that continues to remain at the top of the charts 12 years later due to a world-class product attention. You'll join a team of three, who guide daily decisions for the live operation and continuous growth of a product played by millions daily. Come dig into data and design with us, and see if you can leave your mark on one of the biggest mobile titles in the world.
This internship is unpaid and full-time running for the fall semester in 2025.
Your time at SYBO
In your ramp-up month, you'll have the opportunity to learn from our team, delve into data analysis, and grasp the relationship between data and game design. Should you feel ready, you'll also have the chance to present insights from gameplay and data exploration.
In your contributor months, you'll collaborate closely with Product Managers and the design team, using a data-driven approach to inform decision-making processes. Your role will involve assisting in regular reporting on seasonal content performance and engaged in the planning and execution of new feature launches within the game.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team (Design, Art, Engineering, QA & Analytics) to design, scope and implement smaller features that result in a high-quality gameplay experience for our players and move metrics in the right direction.
- Understand player needs and how data driven decisions can be used to improve their experiences as well as positively affect the performance of the business.
- Build knowledge and understanding of data driven insights within the rest of the development team through regular communication via game health and feature performance reporting
- Perform competitive and user research to ensure that product decisions are based on in-depth data analyses and an understanding of the market.

It is a requirement to be enrolled in a university program that supports a full-time internship as part of the education - and you need to be able to commute to our Copenhagen office on a daily basis.
We do not offer relocation, VISA, or house search assistance for internships.
