Student Assistant Roles in Communication, Marketing, Training, and HR
At Novo Nordisk, we offer student assistant opportunities across various departments, spanning from production to research and development. Communication and training play pivotal roles in our operations, encompassing support for the entire business within our largest department, People & Organisation, as well as providing assistance in smaller departments for internal communication or training needs.

Your main responsibilities will involve:

  • Communication

While specific tasks may vary by department, they could include:

  • Video creation
  • Content creation for SharePoint and Yammer

Student Assistant Position Details
A Student Assistant role at Novo Nordisk is between 8-20 hours per week, with most positions requiring 10-15 hours, mostly on-site. We provide flexibility to meet your educational responsibilities as we recognize the value of your study.

Important Information
Relocation: Novo Nordisk does not cover relocation costs.

Work Permit:

  • EU Students: A work permit is not required. However, you will need to provide a study permit from your university during the recruitment process.
  • Non-EU Students: A work permit is required. You will need to provide a study permit from your university during the recruitment process. Our mobility team will support you further with issuing a work permit. The cost of the work permit is covered by Novo Nordisk.

Pipeline Scope: This pipeline is relevant for all open positions related to the fields and areas mentioned, in Denmark and onsite for 2025.

Student Status: You need to be an active student to apply. You can apply to more than one pipeline.

Qualifications
You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in one of the following or other relevant fields, education, with at least 12 months remaining in your studies:

  • Communication (Media, Brand, Cognition & everything related to Communication)
  • Marketing (including Event and Media)
  • Journalism (everything about Journalism)
  • HR
  • Training
  • Psychology
  • Sociology
  • Service
  • Hospitality
  • E-Business
  • Business Administration
  • International Business
  • Organisation & Culture

We seek Student Assistants who are eager to learn, able to manage their own time, preferably have some experience in their field, and are accustomed to working with a variety of stakeholders.

Fluency in English is mandatory, and your CV should be submitted in English.
