About the role
Documentation and data are an integral part of our industry; which is why we’re expanding our Information & Document Management department.
We are looking for graduates to join our dynamic team, focused on ensuring the efficiency and reliability of documentation flows and engineering tools across projects. Our goal is to implement strong, effective solutions to capture and manage various activities and data points throughout project execution.
As the department is still growing, you’ll have significant opportunities to shape your role and influence procedures. Your key responsibility will be driving digitalization initiatives, such as taking new solutions tested in one project and scaling them across others.

How you might spend your days
As an Engineering Tool Professional, you’ll:
- Support the implementation and optimization of documentation and engineering tools across projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and IT specialists to align digital tools with project requirements.
- Perform key tasks for stakeholders until they’re equipped to manage the tools independently.
- Assist in the rollout of best practices and new digital solutions for document management and structured data handling.
- Train and guide project teams in effectively using ProjectHub and other documentation tools.
- Work closely with stakeholders across disciplines to ensure seamless documentation workflows.
- Drive improvements in process automation and digital workflows to boost project execution efficiency.

- A degree in Information Science, Information Studies, Engineering, IT, or other technical fields.
- Experience with IT systems on various levels—whether through coursework, projects, or internships.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Danish and English.
