The position
The responsibilities as a student assistant will vary depending on the department and role. However, you can expect to become a valued team member, where people are eager to learn from you and your perspectives and take the time to provide you with valuable insights. You will interact with many colleagues within your team, department, or even across the organization, managing many stakeholders. Your assignments will be influenced by your passion and motivation. We focus on continuously introducing new ways of optimizing the way we work, becoming data-driven and a fully automized production plant.

You will have the opportunity to support areas such as:

• Implementing a quality mindset in the pharmaceutical industry
• Providing general business support to manufacturing sites
• Practicing and developing stakeholder management
• Understanding and applying Good Manufacturing Practice and Change Control
• Adopting LEAN and Agile ways of working

Your tasks as a student assistant may vary but could include:
• Supporting projects aimed at improving our training set-up
• Supporting projects aimed at improving our Quality process landscape set-up
• Assisting in cross-functional activities to advance the digital use of innovative and existing Office 365 tools

Qualifications
We're seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or other business-related fields, with at least 12 months remaining in studies.
• Eager to learn, able to manage time effectively, and have some experience in the field. The ability to work with various stakeholders is a plus.
• Must have a valid work permit to work in Denmark and be available to work on-site in Hjørring.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Your CV should be submitted in English.

About the department
At Needle Manufacturing (NM), we oversee the internal assembly and packaging of Novo Nordisk's pen needles and ensure quality control for all pen needles, including those from our external partners. Our Hjørring facility produces pen needles for diabetes, obesity, and rare blood and endocrine disorder products. NM employs approximately 440 people.

Student Assistant Position Details
A Student Assistant role at Novo Nordisk is between 8 – 20 hours per week, with most positions requiring approx. 8 hours on-site in Hjørring. We provide flexibility to meet your educational responsibilities as we recognize the value of your study.
A Danish work permit is necessary and you must be living in Northern Jutland at the time of application.
