The position
The responsibilities as a student assistant will vary. However, you can expect to become a valued team member, where people are eager to learn from you and your perspectives and take the time to provide you with valuable insights. You will interact with many colleagues within your team, department, or even across the organisation, managing many stakeholders. Your assignments will be influenced by your passion and motivation. We focus on continuously introducing new ways of optimizing the way we work, becoming data-driven and a fully automized production plant.

You will have the opportunity to support and explore areas such as:

• IT Automation, Support, and Operations
• Solution & IT Architecture
• Software Development, Data Science & Engineering, and Cloud Development
• Data from production lines, Good Manufacturing Process, and Change Control
• LEAN & Agile way of working, SOP writing

Qualifications
We're seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields with at least 12 months remaining in studies.
• Create value for our customers by combining and visualizing data to provide informative and actionable insights for better decision-making.
• Eager to learn, able to manage time effectively, and have some experience in the field.
• Must have a valid work permit to work in Denmark and be available to work on-site in Hjørring.
• Fluency in English is required, and your CV should be submitted in English.
Experience with tools and languages such as PowerBI, PowerAutomate, PowerApps, Grafana, Alteryx, and Tableau solutions, and the ability to work with various stakeholders is a plus.

About the department
At Needle Manufacturing (NM), we oversee the internal assembly and packaging of Novo Nordisk's pen needles and ensure quality control for all pen needles, including those from our external partners. Our Hjørring facility produces pen needles for diabetes, obesity, and rare blood and endocrine disorder products. NM employs approximately 440 people.

Student Assistant Position Details
A Student Assistant role at Novo Nordisk is between 8 – 20 hours per week, with most positions requiring approx. 8 hours on-site in Hjørring. We provide flexibility to meet your educational responsibilities as we recognize the value of your study.
A Danish work permit is necessary and you must be living in Northern Jutland at the time of application.
