Student Assistant - IT Western Europe PMO

The Western Europe Project Management Office (PMO) of Carlsberg Integrated Information Technology (IIT) is looking for a student assistant who can support us in our efforts to run IT projects delivering value for our markets in Western Europe and globally. In the WE PMO we govern the IT-project portfolio and manage IT-projects supporting functions such as commercial, supply chain, finance, and breweries.

What you’ll be doing
As a Student Assistant in the PMO team, you will work with several tasks within the area of project management, governance, communication, reporting, administrative tasks, and stakeholder management. Your tasks will span from developing PowerPoint presentations for senior audiences to running workstream activities in projects.

Furthermore, your primary tasks include:

  • Develop and maintain our Project Management Portal, including templates, training sessions, interactive checklists, and other content
  • Financial & performance tracking and development of reports on the progress of projects and portfolios
  • Assist project managers on specific projects with stakeholder management, facilitation of meetings, etc.
  • Run your own work streams of projects
  • Various administrative tasks

What we’re looking for
We are looking for a Student Assistant who is ready to spend between 15-20 hours per week. You are currently at the last year of your bachelor, or first year of your master’s degree within a relevant field of study in Business or IT. We imagine you have/are:

  • Curious, creative, and diligent with a solid academic and professional record
  • A problem-solving mindset
  • Innovative and some degree of technical understanding
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills

but most important that you are open to acquiring new knowledge.
