What will your tasks include?

• Preparation of employment contracts and various documents related to employment
• Handling and analyzing data from monthly engagement survey in Peakon
• Handling our monthly surveys
• Maintaining our HR inbox
• Handling various HR & ad hoc tasks
• Depending on your profile and personal interests, you will be given the opportunity to explore the entire HR platform to different extends while being individually responsible for specific tasks.

As our HR Student Assistant, we imagine that you are a proactive, structured, and quality-oriented team player who is motivated by new challenges as well as routine work. You thrive in a dynamic and busy environment, and you can manage having multiple tasks on your desk while ensuring an eye for detail.

In addition, we believe that you:

• Study for a higher education degree at a Danish university and wishes to explore and develop your competencies within HR
• Are well spoken and fluent in Danish and English both in writing and verbally
• Can work approximately 15 hours a week alongside your studies
• Are independent and up for challenging tasks
• Possess a strong discipline with data and manage your tasks with structure and coordination
• Have a good understanding of IT and are easily introduced to new IT systems

Currently the team consists of a HR Director, an HR Business Partner, an HR Consultant, and an HR Student Assistant. In our daily work, we also work closely with our Danish payroll and recruitment while supporting HR functions across the Nordics.
