Graduate for Business Development & Change Management

MAN Energy Solutions offers a tailor-made Graduate Program with a duration of 15 months. You will take responsibility for your own assignment and be offered opportunities to expand your horizon through off-the-job training, mentoring, and networking events. Furthermore, you will gain intercultural experience at one of our worldwide locations.

You will play an important role in:

• Acting as a change manager and representative of the country management and segment two-stroke in cross-organizational projects/programs.
• Bringing financial insights and methods into a technically minded organization.
• Bridging business and IT.
• Engaging in business development.
• Using and reinforcing particular methods and frameworks.
• Building your personal network within the international company and becoming an active networker

We imagine that you:

• Have an above-average university degree in the field of business or a similar degree (Master’s).
• Have a desire to work in business development and/or change management, along with some practical experience, if possible.
• Are eager to learn and willing to attend courses to enhance your knowledge of our project management and change management methodologies.
• Can dive deep into data analysis while also effectively communicating high-level insights to a diverse group of stakeholders.
• Can maintain a positive attitude and bring a light-hearted tone to your work.
• Have strong English skills, both spoken and written—being able to communicate your activities effectively and grammatically correctly is crucial in this position.
• Have had at least a 4-month stay abroad, e.g., during studies.
• Have exceptional commitment, motivation and entrepreneurial thinking.
• Have very good communication and cooperative skills.
• Are open to foreign cultures, have regional mobility, and flexibility with respect to your job.

Welcome to MAN Energy Solutions in Denmark, Country Management and Segment Two-Stroke You will report directly to Country Manager Bjarne Foldager at the intersection of Country Management, Segment Two-Stroke (a product area), and the Functional Area Sales & Promotion.
