At HR-ON, we’re looking for a student software developer to join our team. You’ll work with modern technologies to create smart integrations between software systems, helping organizations optimize their HR workflows and data flows.

Whether you're more into backend or enjoy working full-stack, this role offers flexibility, learning opportunities, and the chance to make a real impact alongside experienced developers.

Your Role
As a student developer at HR-ON, you’ll be part of the team behind our serverless HR platform. Your tasks could include:

• Assisting in the development and maintenance of REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Supporting integrations with third-party platforms such as payroll, time tracking, or job portals.
• Working with technologies like Node.js, TypeScript, and frontend frameworks (if full-stack).
• Writing and optimizing queries in PostgreSQL and MariaDB.
• Collaborating with designers, developers, and partners to solve real customer problems.

We’ll tailor your responsibilities to your skills and help you grow through mentorship and hands-on experience.

Who Are You?
You are a student in software development, IT, computer science, or a related field, and you:

• Have basic experience or coursework in software development (backend or full-stack).
• Are curious about APIs, system integrations, and improving workflows between platforms.
• Enjoy solving problems and understanding how tech can support real business needs.
• Like working with modern tools and want to learn best practices in cloud-based development.
• Thrive in a flexible, collaborative, and trust-based environment.

Bonus if you’ve explored areas like cloud computing (AWS), Linux scripting, or type-safe code – but it's not required.
