The Deloitte Master's Thesis Hub bridges bright students with unanswered questions Deloitte is curious about.

The program is a great place to meet like-minded students navigating the ups and downs of thesis writing. Best of all, you'll have the invaluable opportunity to get guidance and support during the writing process and tap into the expertise of Deloitte's thought leaders, who will guide you on the path of creating an impactful master thesis!

Our Deloitte experts will be able to provide collaboration and guidance within the following five research topics:

• M&A & Strategy
• Sustainability & ESG
• Financial Performance & Reporting
• Digital Transformation & AI
• Organization & Change Management

Deloitte invests in providing relevant business insight and latest industry trends, challenging your thought process, and giving access to a large network of experts in the specific problem domain. We help develop your problem-solving skills and show you tips and tricks to present research findings concisely. Most importantly, the Master's Thesis Hub offers a room for reflection and shared learning between participants and experts.

By applying to the Master’s Thesis Hub, you will commit to attending four dedicated sessions from January – April 2026 for shared learning and pro-level guidance. To round of the Master Thesis Hub we will have a celebration dinner in June 2026, to congratulate you on your new degree. All sessions will be held in the Deloitte office in Copenhagen (Weidekampsgade 6, 2300 Copenhagen S). Note, that it is a requirement to attend all sessions physically at the Copenhagen office to be a part of the program.
