MB Shipbrokers Trainee Programme 2026

MB Shipbrokers Beijing are looking for Shipbroker Trainee(s) for our Bulk Chartering Team. You will be part of our dynamic team and learn everything you need to know about Shipping in general - and about Shipbroking in particular.

We are looking for trainee(s) to join our Beijing Representative Office:
You will go through a two-year programme combining theoretical education via the Danish Shipping Academy and on-the-job training through mentoring. After successful completion of the traineeship, you will be offered permanent employment.

· You have a curiosity mindset and thrive for constant improvement.

We also wish that you:
· Have a high proficiency in English, both verbally and in writing.
· Are patient enough to build your knowledge and see your work as a learning process.
· Hold a degree or have work experience that could be beneficial for a broking role and a great interest in exploring the world of International Shipping.

You will get a recognized education:
Apart from on-the-job training, the programme is a collaboration with the Danish Shipping Academy. Through the Danish Shipping Academy, you will be certified with The Danish Shipping Education and qualify for 120 ECTS points, which can be used in connection with applying for further education as and when relevant.
