The Demant Graduate Programme
Your graduate journey is built around three to four exciting rotations over two years, giving you the chance to explore different areas of our business while taking on real, impactful projects. Your journey as a Global Business - Diagnostics Graduate
In the Global Business - Diagnostics track, you’ll join the Diagnostics business area in Demant. Here, you’ll work in an inspiring and collaborative environment, engaging with diverse markets, cultures, and perspectives alongside talented, purpose-driven colleagues worldwide.

As a Global Business - Diagnostics Graduate, you’ll have opportunities to work in our Global Strategic Marketing, Global Operations and Strategy Management functions. In Global Strategic Marketing, you will likely get to work on defining our global marketing plan, support large product launches, and identify ways to improve lead generation or pricing strategies. In Global Operations, you will gain hands-on experience in optimizing our end-to-end supply chain and operational processes. This could include supporting initiatives to improve manufacturing efficiency, ensuring timely product availability across markets, driving cost optimization projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance quality and compliance standards. In Strategy Management, you’ll support strategic and transformation initiatives by helping prepare leadership workshops, contributing to communication materials, and assisting with cross-functional projects.

There may also be an opportunity for an international rotation within one of the functions. You will gain a valuable perspective from a different angle. As an example, you could be tasked with performing a deep-dive in a market to assess our current ability to drive leads and find ways to optimize the process. This will allow you to sharpen your commercial toolbox, learn valuable lessons about working in different cultures and stakeholder management across all levels. In Global Operations an international rotation could include conducting a regional supply chain optimization project or supporting operational excellence by applying Lean principles to a local manufacturing or distribution site

During the spring there will be social gatherings and visits to our headquarters to prepare you for the start on 1st of September 2026
