Many graduates also get the chance to broaden their horizons through an international assignment of up to six months in one of our offices abroad. The Demant Graduate Programme
Your graduate journey is built around three to four exciting rotations over two years, giving you the chance to explore different areas of our business while taking on real, impactful projects. Every step of the way, you’ll be growing your skills, broadening your perspective, and building a strong international network.

Your journey as a Legal Graduate
As a Legal Graduate, you will join the Global Legal & Compliance team, which consists of over 50 skilled and motivated lawyers worldwide. The Legal team in Denmark supports top management as well as all Business Areas, including Hearing Aids, Hearing Care and Diagnostics.

With a flat hierarchy, you’ll be closely involved in Demant’s decision-making processes, collaborating directly with various business functions. We also have legal colleagues based in the US, Canada, Australia, Poland, France and Spain, and you may have the opportunity to spend six months at one of these international sites.

Your work will cover diverse tasks and practice areas such as general legal advice, contract drafting and review, participation in M&A and other complex projects, legal risk management, compliance, and data privacy. In carrying out your tasks, you’ll collaborate with colleagues across Finance, Operations, R&D, Marketing, and global subsidiaries, gaining a comprehensive understanding of Demant’s business operations.

Final interviews including personality assessments.

During the spring there will be social gatherings and visits to Kongebakken to prepare you for the start on 1st of September 2026
