Law Student – Contracts, Tenders & Legal Support

Skyfish is an innovative SaaS platform for media management, and we are looking for a law student with hands-on commercial law experience who wants to translate theory into practice through a student job with responsibility and concrete tasks.

About the Role
As a law student at Skyfish, your work will be directly relevant to your studies and provide hands-on experience with contracts, consent agreements, public procurement/tenders (udbud), and other legal processes. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our team in Denmark and, in the future, with our offices abroad, e.g., Berlin, gaining experience in international collaboration and contact-building.

You will work with some of our largest and most well-known clients, including 75% of Denmark’s municipalities, SKAT, and Jyske Bank, giving you insight into complex contract matters, public-sector procurement, and high-level business operations.

Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and following up on contracts with customers, partners, and suppliers.
• Supporting NDAs, license agreements, data processing agreements, and other general legal contracts required by companies.
• Coordinating and supporting public tenders (udbud): preparing and structuring tender responses, ensuring compliance with EU and Danish procurement rules, managing deadlines and Q&A portals, coordinating annexes (e.g., ESPD), and aligning with internal stakeholders (sales, product, security).
• Assisting with framework agreements (e.g., SKI) and mini-tenders, including eligibility checks, requirement mapping, and documentation control.
• Contributing to the optimization of internal processes with legal relevance.
• Providing advice and sparring with internal teams on legal matters.
• Opportunity to work with digital contract management and compliance.

Who You Are

• A law student with several years of study, with commercial law knowledge actively applied.
• You bring with you extensive knowledge of the GDPR.
• Familiarity with Danish public procurement (udbudsret) and tender processes is a clear advantage.
• Motivated to turn theory into practice in a growing company.
  Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Comfortable working independently and collaborating across teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Danish & English (German is an advantage).
