Candidate requirements:

• You should be no more than 12 months post-graduation and available to take up a position no later than 30 September 2026
• You should have no more than 12 months’ work experience (not including university placements, internships, summer jobs, etc.)
• You must be eligible to live and work permanently in the EU
• You should have a degree and/or Master’s in a relevant field – for example:
• Business Administration / International Business
• Finance / Accounting / Controlling
• Economics
• Business Analytics / Data & Business
• Supply Chain / Procurement
• Industrial Engineering & Business
• HR / People & Business
• Business & Law
• (We are particularly interested in candidates with a strong finance or analytical focus, but we are open to various business-oriented profiles.)
• A good level of verbal and written English is required.

What you could be doing:

As a Business Administration Graduate at Kingspan LOGSTOR, you will support key business functions and gain insight into how we operate across multiple areas in our organisation in Denmark and Poland.

We are open to different profiles, and your role will be tailored to your strengths and development goals. Possible focus areas may include, for example:

• Finance / Controlling – financial analysis, budgeting, reporting
• Procurement / Supply Chain – supporting purchasing processes, supplier data
• Process Improvement / Digitalisation – optimising workflows, implementing tools
• Project Management / PMO – coordination and support of cross-functional projects
• HR / People & Business Support – analytics, administration, talent development
• Legal / Compliance / Contract Support – working with contracts, policies, governance, GDPR, or internal compliance processes
• General Business Support – supporting daily operations and decision-making

Our recruitment process:

• The first stage is to complete our online application form.
• You can only submit one application so think about which role you are most interested in. You will be given the option of indicating your other role preferences on the application form.
• If shortlisted, you will be invited to complete an online Psychometric test, i.e., Arctic Shores’ task-based assessments.
• If successful at that stage, you will be invited to submit a short video interview.

For example, you could use GenAI by showing it the job description and asking it to generate mock interview questions to practice with, but it should not be used to simply answer the questions for you. • If successful at that stage, you will be invited to attend a Virtual Assessment Centre comprising of a group exercise, individual presentation and final competency-based interview. Depending on the role, there may be a follow-up call/visit.
