Consultant – Infrastructure, Government & Healthcare

KPMG

Are you committed to working on societally relevant issues and contributing to the development of an efficient public sector? We are looking for consultants who have recently completed or are about to complete their master’s degree, ready to dive into exciting projects and work with our team to make a difference to our clients and society from day one.

Perks of joining our amazing team
Our team, Infrastructure, Government & Healthcare (IGH), is characterized by our commitment to the public sector and public infrastructure clients, and we take pride in our work in this field. The projects we deliver consist of many different interesting tasks, including:

  • Project management and execution
  • Digital transformation and use of new technology
  • Process optimization and efficient resource utilization
  • Finance management
  • Organizational development

This means that no two projects are the same, but they will all offer you the opportunity to drive change in collaboration with ministries, agencies, regions, municipalities and public companies. As part of IGH you can look forward to a steep learning curve and continuous development while working on meaningful projects together with skilled colleagues. We have an open and informal culture, where new ideas are always welcomed, and where we prioritize team spirit both in everyday life and through social activities.

About you, our newest team member
We know that no one is capable of everything right off the bat. That's why we are as interested in what you can develop into with us as we are in what you bring to the table. At KPMG, you will have the opportunity to grow in your role while contributing to projects that create value in the public sector.

However, we imagine that you:

  • Have recently completed or are about to complete a relevant higher education – e.g. as a cand.scient.pol., cand.polit., cand.merc., cand.oecon. or another relevant education for the position
  • Have a keen interest in the public sector and understand the framework conditions and decision-making processes in a politically led organization
  • Have great problem-solving and communicative skills, allowing for the transformation of insights into practical advice
  • Are a team player who thrives in a dynamic environment and contributes to both collaboration and professional development

It is also a requirement that you master Danish at a professional level – both orally and in writing – as you will be involved in projects where language is a central part of the collaboration.

Looking for a graduate programme? Let us show you another way to grow.
At KPMG, you will join a flexible and supportive environment that encourages both personal and professional growth. From day one, you’ll work on meaningful client projects and collaborate with a diverse team of skilled professionals.

Alongside your everyday learning as a consultant, you’ll also join our KPMG Challenger Academy - a structured three-module program designed to build up your consulting skills through training and workshops with other new consultants. Whether you’re fresh out of university or already have some experience, the Academy ensures everyone starts on the same playing field.

Throughout the journey, you’ll set your own goals, benefit from continuous feedback, and receive guidance from your assigned Koach, supporting you in building the career you are sincerely motivated by.

Are you ready to become part of KPMG? Send your application today!
The application deadline is 31 December, but we review applications on an ongoing basis and may close the process earlier - so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible. Interviews are expected to take place in January.

All we need from you is your CV, transcript, and a motivational letter in which you answer the following three questions. How you choose to respond is entirely up to you - your answers will help us get to know you better and provide a basis for further discussion in a potential interview.

The questions are:

    • What attracts you most to the consultant position in the Infrastructure, Government & Healthcare team?
    • What accomplishment are you most proud of, and how has it shaped the way you work today?
    • What kind of tasks or projects would you enjoy working on the most, and what would make them motivating for you?
If you have any questions or would like more information, please contact Laura Sofie Green Olsen [email protected].

Please note that we do not accept applications by e-mail to ensure GDPR compliance.

At KPMG, we are committed to developing diverse talent at all levels. We encourage all interested candidates to apply, regardless of age, race, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, religion, or ethnicity.

We can’t wait to hear from you!
