We’re on the hunt for a Student Assistant to join our team and take charge of one of the most underrated office superpowers: scanning.

You will play an important role in:

• Scanning documents. Lots of them!
• Keeping digital archives tidy and accessible
• Occasionally battle with a stubborn paper jam (don’t worry, we’ll train you in the ancient art of un-jamming)

We imagine that you are:

• A student with a few hours to spare each week
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and mildly enthusiastic about office equipment
• Able to work independently and keep yourself entertained while scanning

What we know you do not need:

• No study-relevant experience
• No deep knowledge of anything
• No pressure to perform academic miracles – just show up, scan, smile

You will become an active and important part of the Licence Service team that serves our licensees in Asia. Today, the team consists of 7 people, who work closely with Everllence’s licensees and internal departments. We are a team that value teamwork and collaboration, and we are a part of a bigger department with focus on licensing, sales and business development.
