As our new student assistant and as a part of our team, you’ll play a role in helping us respond to RFPs and DDQs (Due Diligence Questionnaires) at a high level of quality. We work smart and leverage from digital tools - including AI as an integrated part of our workflow - to increase quality and efficiency. Who we are and what we do
Our mission is to deeply understand the aspirations of our institutional client base in our target markets. The primary task is supporting the International and Nordic institutional sales teams in getting even closer to both existing and potential clients. You will take part in a wide range of interesting tasks, which will provide you with:
- A deep knowledge of our business and investment processes, and an ability to ensure our proposals stand out in a competitive market.
- An understanding of the economic/financial research which assists Sales in positioning campaigns for new clients.
- An ability to conduct competitive analyses to support our sales efforts and strategic decisions.
Your Role:
- As our newest student assistant and team member, you will help strengthen our Institutional Sales and Client Management teams by providing insight into the institutional market and ensuring our messaging resonates with our clients.
- You will be entrusted with meaningful responsibilities and autonomy, gaining deep insight into how a focused asset management business operates.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the crafting of high-quality responses to RFPs, DDQs, and other client questionnaires.
- Extract data (SQL knowledge is considered an advantage) for use in the RFP’s.
- Maintaining and updating institutional databases, client platforms and content libraries.
- Analyzing funds and preparing presentations to support our sales teams.
- Supporting ad hoc tasks, including data updates and minor analysis.
- Actively exploring the use of AI tools to improve efficiency and quality in our processes.
Who are you?
You’ve ideally in the process of completing a bachelor or master’s degree (e.g. Cand. polit.) and bring a team-oriented, service-minded approach with a strong sense of accountability. We’re looking for someone who is:
- Empathetic, collaborative, and curious.
- Detail-oriented and analytical.
- Capable of working independently and taking responsibility.
- Proactive, with a positive outlook and a structured mindset.
- Skilled in communication, with proficiency in both Danish and English (especially in writing).
