As part of our growth journey, we are looking to strengthen the Global Environmental, Health and Safety team with a part time Environmental Student Assistant. The role will work in support of the Global Environmental Lead, and the EHS team to advance the environmental objectives at Bavarian Nordic. The position will be based from Bavarian Nordics Kvistgård production site, with the option to work part time from Hellerup head office.

Working at the intersection of healthcare and environmental sustainability, you can expect to:

• Support projects that reduce the environmental impacts of pharmaceutical manufacturing, including working with climate & energy, chemicals, waste, water and nature & biodiversity
• Support the development of environmental standards & performance objectives across Bavarian Nordic sites
• Support projects that improve & streamline environmental data collection

We expect you to work approximately 15-20 hours a week, and we are flexibility for your academic commitments.

About You
You are currently studying for a master’s degree or in the final year of your bachelor’s in a program focused on environmental studies, ecology, climate science, sustainability or a related field. Experience in chemicals or pharmaceuticals is a plus. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented student with a passion for environmental sustainability and a collaborative mindset. Your curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment will be key to your success.
