As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a creative and analytical Marketing Campaign Coordinator & Content Creator Intern to join our Marketing Team at our HQ in Aarhus. In this role, you will support WasteHero’s digital marketing efforts, content production, and campaign execution across multiple channels.

The internship starts in January / February and follows the university semester until summer. We are looking for students who can commit for the full semester and are eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing SaaS scale-up.

🎯 About the Role
As a Marketing Campaign Coordinator & Content Creator Intern, you will play a key role in strengthening WasteHero’s digital presence and lead generation efforts. You will work with SEO, content marketing, social media, and campaign coordination to help position WasteHero as a thought leader within smart and sustainable waste management.

You will gain practical experience in digital marketing, content creation, campaign execution, and performance analysis, while working closely with marketing, growth, and commercial teams.

⚙️ Responsibilities

• Support SEO strategy and keyword analysis to improve organic visibility
• Create and optimize written content such as blog posts and website content
• Assist with planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns
• Develop and publish social media content across relevant platforms
• Collect and analyze data from inbound marketing channels to improve lead flow
• Support the continuous development of inbound and outbound marketing strategies
• Explore and test digital and traditional marketing channels for lead generation and thought leadership
• Actively use AI tools to support content creation, analysis, and campaign optimization

🧩 What We’re Looking For

• You are a student in marketing, communication, digital media, or a related field
• Experience or strong interest in content creation and social media
• Understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and performance-driven content
• Structured, proactive, and able to work independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Confident in using AI tools to improve efficiency and creative output
• Curious about technology, sustainability, and scale-up environments
