This 2-year opportunity lets you dive into ECCO’s commercial functions and sales regions, equipping you with the skills and experience to thrive in a global commercial environment. You’ll gain a deep understanding of commercial development, channel management and go-to-market processes whilst immersing into the management of multichannel sales regions across ECCO’s global network of sales points.

As an ECCO Graduate, you will work across departments such as Commercial Excellence, Global Marketing, Digital Commerce and within one of ECCO’s Sales Regions. You will engage with and learn from inspiring colleagues, taking on meaningful responsibilities that shape our business.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Work with commercial analytics, pricing strategies, and performance dashboards to drive informed decisions across channels.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure seamless execution of go-to-market plans and commercial initiatives.

What You’ll Work On
Throughout the programme, you’ll gain exposure to:

· Commercial strategy formulation across distribution channels.

· Global Marketing including campaign development, go-to-market planning, and execution.

· The cornerstones of Digital Commerce, performance marketing, CRM management, and consumer experience optimization.

· Commercial execution and sales management across ECCO’s sales regions, having direct engagement with ECCO’s end-consumers.

· Commercial planning, target setting, and performance tracking.

· Analysing sales performance and consumer insights to provide informed channel development recommendations for senior stakeholders.

· Supporting market entry and expansion projects.

· Driving digital initiatives that enhance ECCO’s omnichannel presence.

· Collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders within ECCO’s commercial organization cross-functionally.

What Are the Requirements?

  • Education: You are about to graduate or have graduated within the last two years with a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales Management, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong English communication is a must, and knowledge of other languages is a bonus.
