Student Worker in Issuer Services DK & NO

We are looking for a student worker to support our Issuer Services team in responsibilities related to the Danish and Norwegian financial markets.

In Issuer Services, we support issuers in equities and fixed income issuances. The team is divided into areas of responsibility for shares, bonds, and investment funds. We handle capital changes, dividend payments, mandatory corporate action events, and act as Settlement Agent for voluntary corporate action events in the Danish market.

In addition to issuer-related tasks, the position also includes supporting the team in areas related to physical securities and assets.

In this role, you will be an integral part of our Issuer Services team, working closely with stakeholders and colleagues across the Group to support issuers and ensure smooth processes within the team’s responsibilities.

Youwill:

• Assist with the creation of securities

• Assist with the creation and processing of capital changes, dividend payments, and corporate action events in the Danish CSD

• Provide support to the team regarding AGM/E GM market notifications, and correspondence of interest letters to issuers.

• Collaborate and support team members to ensure timely and accurate handling of tasks and events

About you:

• You are driven, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to a collaborative and dynamic environment. We are looking for someone with:
• Danish as a native language, as communication and documents are often in Danish
• English proficiency at a good level for professional communication
• Attention to detail and a structured approach to tasks to ensure accuracy
• An ability to work both independently and as part of a diverse team
• A proactive mindset, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• An interest in gaining experience within the Banking or Financial Services industry, demonstrated through studies, prior experience, or a strong desire to learn
