We are looking for a Student Customer Systems Specialist to join our Commercial Excellence team and support the development and operation of our customer-facing systems. If you’re motivated by learning and creating real value, this is the job for you. At Mind Energy, we connect renewable energy producers and large B2B consumers across the Nordics. Our customer systems from CRM to contract management and self-service portals are key to delivering a seamless experience. As a Student Customer Systems Specialist you will work in the intersection between business, IT and Customer Experience and help keep these systems sharp and ready for tomorrow.

DIVE INTO WHAT YOUR DAY-TO-DAY TASKS WILL BE
In this role, you’ll work closely with our Product Owners for Customer Systems and support activities that make a real difference for our customers and internal teams.

Your mission is to:

  • Assist in developing and maintaining our Customer Systems: CRM, Contract Management and My Energy portal
  • Conduct insights and analysis to identify customer needs and opportunities
  • Support data management and help turn data into actionable decisions
  • Assist with project coordination and follow-up to ensure smooth execution
  • Provide hands-on support to Product Owners across tasks and initiatives

We imagine that you:

  • Study Business Administration, Economics, IT or a related field (HA/Cand.Merc or similar)
  • Are at least in your 3rd year of study
  • Bring strong analytical skills and an interest in business, IT and data
  • Communicate clearly and collaborate well in a team
  • Speak and write Danish fluently and have solid English skills
  • Are comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and curious about learning new tools

This is a part-time position of approx. 10–15 hours per week. We understand the demands of your studies, so working hours are flexible, especially around exams.

Please note that this role requires working from our office in Aarhus N.
