POSITION SUMMARY
The Sourcing Intern will support the Workforce Department in recruitment and workforce planning activities. The intern will assist both the Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning teams in maintaining a stable talent pipeline and workforce database.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment coordination & employer branding support
- Support TA members in screening CVs and updating candidate information.
- Assist in arranging interviews and maintaining recruitment reports.
- Design simple recruitment materials using Canva (posts, visuals).
Workforce data support
- Issue reports with direct training & validation by senior members.
Operational support
- Update the workforce database and recruitment tracking files.
- Support creating work accounts for part-timers and production partners.
REQUIREMENTS
- Undergraduate student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Economics/Finance, Operations Management, or a related field
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling information.
- Basic English communication skills.
Location: Han Viet Tower, 348 Kim Nguu, Minh Khai, Bach Mai, Hanoi
Working hour: Mon – Fri (9h-18h)
