About the role
We are looking for a curious, organized, and proactive BI Assistant to help support business intelligence initiatives across Global Operations.
You will help streamline incoming requests from the business, work with stakeholders to understand their needs, and support reporting and analytics solutions across areas such as procurement, planning, warehouse, production, customer service, and distribution.

We care more about personality, communication skills, and willingness to learn than extensive technical experience.

What you will be doing

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and the BI team
• Help organize and streamline BI requests from the business
• Support the development and maintenance of dashboards and reporting solutions
• Assist users in getting value from BI tools and reports
• Help improve communication, coordination, and documentation across projects

Who you are
You are someone who:

• Is curious and interested in data and analytics
• Communicates openly and asks questions
• Is organized, reliable, and proactive
• Enjoys working with different people across the business
• Speaks and writes English fluently

Technical experience (nice to have)
Experience with the following is a big plus, but not required:

• Power BI
• Databricks
• SQL
• Power Automate / Power Apps
• Other BI or analytics tools

Team, culture & location
You will work closely with two experienced BI developers in a supportive and informal team environment. This is a great opportunity to learn how BI creates value across a global supply chain organization.

We work from our offices in Hellerup or Kvistgaard, depending on the project. Remote work is possible once strong stakeholder relationships have been established.
