- Support the capture, structuring, and maintenance of backlog items related to licensing, compliance, and governance initiatives
- Assist in organising and maintaining governance frameworks, including documentation, templates, and process structures
- Contribute to the development of standardised processes and documentation (e.g. RACI, compliance checklists, vendor profiles)
- Help ensure audit-ready documentation and evidence structures
- Support structuring and maintaining data in SharePoint/Excel-based tools
- Assist in documenting and improving software lifecycle processes (request, procurement, deployment, monitoring, renewal)
Your Profile
We imagine that you are currently enrolled in either a bachelor or masters program within IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering og something similar and are looking for a long term student job.
Besides this, we also would like you to have:

- A structured, analytical, and detail-oriented approach to work
- A comfortable way of working with Excel and structured data; experience with SharePoint is an advantage
- An interest in or basic understanding of legal/compliance topics (e.g. contracts, EULAs, GDPR) is a plus
- Fluent in English - written and spoken
What We Offer
You will be given a unique opportunity to gain experience with enterprise-level IT governance and compliance frameworks, working with global software vendors and licensing models. We will make sure you get practical insight into audi-ready documentation and governance processes, but of course still respecting the fact, that you are a student and therefore need flexibility in terms of working hours.
