Student assistant: Sustainability communication and project planning

This is your chance to apply your skills and gain experience from real-world projects, contributing to Grundfos’ overall purpose of pioneering solutions to the world’s water and climate challenges and improving quality of life for people. With this position as student assistant in Grundfos Group Sustainability, you will join an international team of passionate sustainability experts and great people, leading sustainability priorities, programs and reporting within Grundfos and across our business eco-system.

What is the job about?

You will focus on projects within sustainability communication – from contributing to development of overall plans to creation of materials, collection of insights and supporting day-to-day tasks linked to initiatives of our sustainability engagement and water stewardship initiatives.

More specifically, you will:
• Support ongoing sustainability communication activities
• Create presentations and other communication materials
• Support collection of data and insights for water assessments and disclosures (via internal stakeholders, desk research and AI tools)

You will be working for 15-20 hours per week with the base in Grundfos’ headquarters in Bjerringbro with flexible and hybrid work arrangements. We are of course ready to schedule your working hours around exams and schoolwork.

What do you need to apply?
• You are studying at last year of bachelor or masters’ level within Business, Communication and Sustainability – or have interest/experience with sustainability related topics.
• You have talent and creativity in developing communication and presentations
• You show initiative and work proactively and independently on new assignments, as this will help you make the most of your time with us.
• You have an international outlook and speak and write English fluently.
