Are you a Bachelor's- or Master's student, or a Marine Engineering (Maskinmester) student, looking for student employment in an international company at the forefront of the maritime green transition?

We are looking for a structured and motivated Student Assistant to join our Engine Support team and help ensure efficient handling of spare parts orders and customer requests supporting some of the world's most advanced marine engines.

You do not need extensive technical knowledge before joining us. What matters most is your willingness to learn, your ability to work systematically, and your interest in supporting a business that plays a vital role in the global energy transition.

You will play an important role in:

  • Supporting the handling and coordination of spare parts orders for customers worldwide
  • Following up on customer inquiries and order deliveries
  • Maintaining accurate order and customer data in our internal systems
  • Collaborating with colleagues across engineering, logistics, service, and sales
  • Assisting with administrative and commercial tasks related to spare parts support
  • Using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Outlook, and SharePoint to support daily operations
  • Contributing to process improvements and digitalization initiatives
  • Supporting ad hoc assignments across the department

We imagine that you:

  • Are currently studying at Bachelor's or Master's level, or is a Marine Engineering (Maskinmester)
  • Preferably with 2+ years of studies remaining
  • Have an interest in operations, customer support, engineering, or the maritime industry
  • Enjoy creating structure and keeping track of multiple tasks and stakeholders
  • Have a flair for IT and are comfortable working with Excel, Outlook, Power BI, and SharePoint
  • Are detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of accuracy
  • Communicate clearly and professionally
  • Are proactive and motivated to improve processes and ways of working
  • Bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn

Welcome to Fuel, Bearings & Hydraulic Systems
By joining us, you will become part of a team of 16 highly dedicated colleagues within the ELUF department, where we support the fuel, hydraulic, and mechanical equipment of Everllence B&W engines.

The department plays an important role in supporting customers around the world and ensuring the continued operation of some of the most advanced marine engines in service today.
