As our new Student Assistant you will be part of our Global Technology Procurement department, supporting stakeholders across Ramboll's international organisation.
In this role, you will gain hands-on experience within strategic procurement and contract management in a global company. You will work closely with procurement professionals, contract managers, technology specialists, and business stakeholders. The position offers a great opportunity to develop commercial and analytical skills while contributing to technology initiatives that support Ramboll's business and sustainability ambitions.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Supporting sourcing activities, supplier evaluations, and procurement projects across technology categories
- Maintaining and analysing procurement, contract, and supplier performance data to support decision-making
- Assisting with contract administration, documentation, and governance activities
- Collaborating with stakeholders across Technology, Legal, Finance, and Procurement
About you:
- Currently pursuing a master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Legal, Finance or a related field
- Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and collaborate across diverse teams
