Impact Officer

I worked for a youth and education charity called City Year UK. My roles and responsibilities included:
• Account executive for a school partnership.
• Understand the school’s needs and objectives and liaise closely with staff. Anticipate and identify opportunities to implement initiatives that meet the objectives of the school partnership agreement.
• Negotiate with the school about contract renewal.
• Monitor, evaluate and report on the effectiveness of the team’s impact in a timely manner. Ensure that projects are completed to a high standard, on time and on budget.
• Leadership, appraisal and development of a team of 6 full-time volunteers.
