1)Continuously conducts cross-category trends analysis of Chinese fast-moving consumer goods. Once completed a report about Chinese FMCG industry growth engines, which is critical to local and global management team.
2)Mainly focuses on providing quarterly, semi-annual and annual presentations (at least 20 presentations) for well-known clients in beverage industry and baby industry independently from different angles, including consumer preferences, retail channels, brand performance reviews, product strategies and regional development strategies. Skilled in packaging data and transforming them to insightful and logical stories with not only data from Nielsen, but also data from desk research and national statistical office.
3)The analysis on price tier revolution trend of China packaged water market was awarded the monthly ‘Best of the Bests’ in industry consultant team.
4)Participated in 2015 Nielsen Insight Contest and won the prize of Champion in Senior Analyst/Analyst group. The contest includes two rounds of analysis and one round of presentation.
5)In charge of 2015 internship program in industry consultant team and won Nielsen 2015 Silver Simply Excellent Award.

1) Provides administrative support for vice president of Asian-Pacific HR, including schedule arrangement,invoice claim, business trip arrangement and hotel reservation etc.
2) Supports new employee recruitment, including discussing with Hiring Manager over vacancies, job posting,CV selection and interviews etc.
3) Responsible for filing new employee’s documents and maintaining SAP staff database. Supports Welfare Department in recording and collecting staff’s salary information
4) Pays close attention to various HR awards of other companies, institutions and magazines to offer samples for the company
