Assembled bench-scale bioreactors and independently performed all steps in batch cultivation of the filamentous fungus, Aspergillus nidulans
Quantified growth and morphology of Aspergillus nidulans during submerged batch fermentation
Developed an image analysis method (macro) in ImageJ (Fiji) for the quantification of the morphology of filamentous fungi
Developed expression vectors for the construction of protein-overproducing strains via USER cloning
