I graduated at the University of Padova (Italy) in December 2018, with a research thesis on the genetic analysis of the epileptic seizures in zebrafish. To collect the data for my thesis I interned in a Developmental Biology lab, where I had to deal with many laboratory techniques and procedures (i.e. DNA extraction, PCR, whole mount in situ hybridization, electrophoresis, embryos screening).
