I was both the project leader and main contributor: The work included extensive WRF modelling, machine learning (SK learn and AnEn), stakeholder involvement and project leads

Senior R&D engineer - Specialist level 4. Responsible for a large project with the main focus of developing new wind power prediction systems. The project was executed in close collaboration with main stakeholders (trading and short term optimization units) and leading external players such as Research Application Laboratory(RAL), National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR) and department of energy (DOE). Cutting edge forecasting technologies were used within the fields of data assimilation and artificial intelligence. We developed and tailored an efficient novel probabilistic downscaling algorithm that is being used across research and industry.
