International Centre provides services for international students at Aarhus University. The department residential portfolio of 750 apartment located in Aarhus Commune with approximately 2100 rentals on a yearly basis. I was responsible for an independent department consisting of three student workers. My primary functions were the logistics concerning moving-in and moving-out, correspondence between tenants and landlords, the composition of inspection and report, optimization of internal processes, acquisition of stock and training of new student workers.
