  • Designed and executed mixed-method research on the role of compassion in the high-performance environment of elite sport.
  • Together with Team Denmark sport psychologists, I developed and evaluated a compassion-based leadership intervention program for high-performance coaches.
  • Collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure research findings were translated into actionable strategies for organizational development.
  • Disseminated research findings through webinars, news paper articles and presentations for various stakeholders.
