Working in the New Businesses department as "Architect" and Business Analyst, responsible for the feasibility studies of high income Real Estate developments.
My main responsibilities were: Market Intelligence / Data analysis (expected sales on time, optimal sale price per square meter, identifying target customer, etc.), Site prospecting/procurement (Relationship with Brokers and Land Owners), studies on Land use permits / Local Legislation (with the counseling of the Legal department), Draft designs / study proposals on Cad / Sketchup 3D (relationship with partner Architect firms and other Stakeholders), Financial feasibility studies (on excel), Real Estate procurement and sale agreement contracts conference, negotiations with Real Estate brokers and Property owners, Power Point presentations for Shareholders and cost reports of the Business department.

Assisting in all stages of the Business Development Cycle.
Helping with Design prospects, understanding Land Use Legislation (finding Solutions counseling with the Legal Department), Cashflow analysis (practicing Financial Math), Feasibility Studies on Excel (understanding and negotiating Construction budgets with the Engineering department, to make it feasible), and Drawing Approvals with Public authorities. Our Regional department proudly delivered 6.000 Social Housing units to the Government and the needed Brazilian family's.
