I have been promoted from a standard operator to QTB operator within a very short amount of time since I showed efficiency, great managerial skills, a high sense of responsibility, and openness to face new challenges. The job requires important leadership skills since I coordinate and communicate with 50-100 employees per day, I have to take important decisions within few minutes, and I am responsible for any occurring setback. This shows that I can keep a cool head in the most stressful situations.

The job has given me a leadership role that required clear communication, reliability, and responsibility. The very different tasks that I had to coordinate taught me to be flexible and always find a solution rather than a problem. The military has taught me how to communicate and motivate to create good teamwork. It has also given me the talent for analytical thinking, professionalism, and planning. The most important acquired abilities are management, handling pressure, and taking initiative. As a combat medic, I learned to understand the importance of psychological contact and to be able to communicate clear messages with the patient.
