    • I have been promoted from a standard operator to QTB operator within a very short amount of time since I showed efficiency, great managerial skills, a high sense of responsibility, and openness to face new challenges. The job requires important leadership skills since I coordinate and communicate with 50-100 employees per day, I have to take important decisions within few minutes, and I am responsible for any occurring setback.
