Through my studies, I developed expertise in web formats and standards, working with various data, document, and presentation formats essential for Web 2.0 and 3.0 communication. I also learned to address both human-to-human interaction and data exchange between software systems, giving me the ability to design, structure, and optimize information architectures that align with open formats, relevant standards, and data models.
In terms of digital back-end development, I have hands-on experience in building data-driven web applications using HTML, CSS, PHP, and SQL, as well as maintaining semantically enriched websites that function as robust databases. My specialization further included working with semantic web technologies, allowing me to develop IT applications for handling and structuring complex information.
My focus on user experience (UX) and prototyping has enabled me to design and test web applications with a strong emphasis on usability, security, and user satisfaction. I have conducted thorough user studies to evaluate and optimize digital interfaces, ensuring they meet both functional and user-centered objectives.
Lastly, I possess solid skills in evaluation and analysis, such as assessing ethical IT challenges and understanding their implications for organizational communication. This analytical perspective allows me to see the broader context of tasks and ensure alignment between technological solutions and organizational needs.
This multidisciplinary background has prepared me to create digital solutions that combine technical precision, user-focused design, and strategic value, making me well-suited for roles in IT and communication fields.

A key focus of my education was on communication and relational skills, allowing me to build trust and meaningful connections with individuals and groups. I learned to assess people’s needs holistically and develop solutions that address immediate challenges while creating long-term value.
Throughout my studies, I gained the ability to work across disciplines and adapt to various professional environments. This includes understanding how societal, political, and economic changes shape social work and learning to respond to evolving policies and global processes. Moreover, I was trained to work at individual, group, and community levels, whether in public, private, or non-profit organizations, and to manage tasks ranging from advisory services and support to project and developmental work.
The program’s emphasis on systematic thinking and action has prepared me to work effectively in dynamic contexts, ensuring that I can contribute meaningfully to problem-solving and empowerment processes, regardless of the organizational setting.
