Job Overview/Summary:
The pharmacist will supervise field pharma stores in AlHodaidah governorate ensuring good storing, distribution, and reporting of pharmaceuticals and follow up the stock management in all supported health units`
Major Responsibilities:
· Review and verify drugs request of the health facilities, advice for changes as required based on the availability of the drug in the warehouse, and other requirements.
· Provide on-the-job training and coaching field pharmacist.
· Ensure sound drug consumption data collection, recording ,and evaluation from field drug stores.
· Undertake periodic monitoring visits to the drugstore in AlHodaidah health facilities to ensure accurate stock management, updating stock tools, and right store conditions.
· Ensure drugs are distributed before it expires and reports on short expiry drugs in case it cannot be utilized during available shelf time.Job Overview/Summary:

· Follow to ensure timely drug distribution for AlHodaidah drugstores and other health facilities.
· Follow and supply chain on the dispatching and transferring of drug to health units.
· Participate in performing financial year inventory and cycle count checks of the warehouse in coordination with the supply chain.


· Review monthly inventory of drugs and medical supplies, highlight the issues such as drug of the short expiry date, low quantity, and higher quantity (over stocking) as necessary, and share it with pharma management.
· Follow to ensure timely drug distribution for AlHodaidah drugstores and other health facilities.
· Follow and supply chain on the dispatching and transferring of drug to health units.
